How to use
Heath patches:
1. Remove patch from its individual package.
2. Peel off protective film that covers the adhesive.
3. Attach the patch directly to clothing covering lower abdomen or back i.e. underwear, shirt, pants, etc. Patch may be left on for no more than 12 hours straight.
4. Remove the patch by gently peeling it off the clothing it is attached to.
WARNING: The patch must not be left on for more than 12 hours straight. It is not suitable for women who are pregnant nor breastfeeding. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, remove the patch and avoid continued use.
Tampons:
Remove the tampon from its wrapper. Hold both ends of the applicator and gently twist to break the notch. Place your thumb and your middle finger on the ribbed part of the applicator. The index finger is placed on the base of the applicator. With the other hand, gently open the vaginal opening. Insert the applicator 1-2 centimeters (0.5 - 1 inch) into the vagina while holding the ribbed part firmly. Push the applicator base with your index finger until it stops (works like a syringe). The tampon is now in place and you can gently remove the applicator.

DO THE TAMPONS CONTAIN ANY SYNTHETIC MATERIALS?
There are no synthetic materials used in our tampons. The entire tampon, including the protective outer netting, is made out of 100% organic cotton. The applicator is made out of biodegradable cardboard.
CAN DEODOC TAMPONS IRRITATE THE INTIMATE AREA?
Synthetic materials are the most common cause of irritation from tampons. DeoDoc tampons are solely made out of 100% organic cotton and have been clinically tested as hypoallergenic and non-irritating.
HOW DO DEODOC TAMPONS PREVENT SHEDDING?
Our tampons have a protective outer netting that covers the whole tampon which prevents the release of any fiber residues.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY TAMPON?
Every 4-8 hours is recommended.
DOES USING 100% ORGANIC COTTON COMPROMISE TAMPON ABSORBENCY?
No, the absorbency is not compromised from using 100% organic cotton.
CAN THE TAMPONS BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET?
Tampons should never be flushed down the toilet. They take too long to break down in the water waste systems, even biodegradable ones (like DeoDoc's) can take months to break down. Tampons can also clog up plumbing systems as they are absorbent and therefore expand when flushed.
ARE DEODOC TAMPONS VEGAN?
Yes.

It means that DeoDoc tampons contain zero synthetic materials. The entire tampon including the protective outer netting and string is made from 100% organic cotton. The applicator is made out of biodegradable cardboard.
